So now we make jam!

NEWS/UPDATE Published on 2021-03-26 by Top of the Range staff

We are finally making our own jam to go with our awesome scones!

We have started making small batches of Raspberry Jam, and hope to start using it in house on our scones very soon.

As we start to ramp up production of the jam, we will stop buying in jam. This will put us another step forward in producing more of our products locally.

We have also started work at the farm, prepping the areas where we are going to start growing our own rasperries, strawberries, and blueberries (for jam, and muffins!)

Only 5 jars left from this batch! (as of 11am friday)... we will make more asap!

Our jam tastes great, and has no added colours or preservatives.
