Walking Volunteers Wanted!

Parks Victoria is developing a Parks Walk Program that promotes a range of regular walks in picturesque parks to encourage more people to walk for their physical, social and mental health and wellbeing.

Parks Victoria Macedon are looking for volunteers who have a passion for walking and are reasonably fit, and would receive satisfaction in assisting others to access and experience some of the areas within the Macedon Regional Park.

All volunteer Park Walk Leaders work in pairs in line with Parks Victoria volunteer procedures, and receive training to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to work in a professional manner.
