Harbison picnic ground
At the end of Cameron Drive, next to Top of the Range tea rooms
So much to see, and do... all within a few minutes of this picnic ground

Just like Top of the Range and the Memorial Cross, the Harbison Picnic Area is located at the summit of Mount Macedon. Top of the Range can even cater your picnic (see information further down this page.)

The Harbison Picnic Ground commemorates the work of Dr. Robert Harbison to the redevelopment of the park after the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires.

The grounds have plenty of car parking, toilet facilities and picnic tables. There are information boards in the area and the picnic ground is conveniently located only 100 metres from Top of the Range Tea Rooms and the entrance to the Memorial Cross Reserve.

Picnic catering

Top of the Range can organise catering at the Harbison Picnic Ground. Light lunches including sandwich platters and salads, colds drinks, even hot soups and burgers! We can worry about all your lunch needs, so that you and your group can just enjoy the great atmosphere and attractions at the summit of the Mount.

Top of the Range is only 50 metres from the picnic ground, contact us for more information regarding catering for an outdoor picnic and lunch. Phone 03 5427 3466 or drop in to see us just across from the Harbison picnic ground.
